As the Diverse Business Summit approaches, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey I’ve been on. The highs, the lows, the lonliness (at times) and the client wins! It’s been nothing short of amazing to witness the growth, innovation, and, most importantly, the connections that have been made through the inaurgural event last year. Championing diversity in this way, right now is more imprtnat than ever.

Last year’s support created an epic event where paid attendees within 6 months of attending (based on our survey results) were able to secure corporate engagements with our corporate attendees. Some got paid speaking engagements, some got hosting work, some attendees joined forces with each other and pitched for bigger contracts. Well-being experts got extra work with companies and someone’s art work was even commisioned for one of the global firms that attended.
